Visited Magic Homes in Sector 6 yesterday for a 2BHK, priced at ₹65L. The sales guy was firm, saying no spot discounts, just fixed pricing. Is this normal for new projects in Ghaziabad? I'm looking at places around ₹60-70L, and honestly, every lakh counts. My parents keep saying always negotiate, but this builder seems rigid. How much real negotiation room is there on new flats here, especially compared to resale properties in Indirapuram or Vasundhara? I mean, beyond the property price, stamp duty and registration add so much. Just trying to understand if I'm missing something or if 'no discount' actually means 'no discount' in Ghaziabad.
