Ghaziabad parking allocation: The overlooked resale factor
Aradhaya Dwarka City — I'm seriously considering a unit here, fed up of renting. EMI vs rent math ab finally click kar raha hai, so I'm taking the plunge. But I'm really worried about parking allocation. Builder brochure mein toh sab smooth lagta hai, but real mein kya scene hai? Is it lottery-based ya proper reserved slots milte hain? Investors ke liye yeh bahut important hai for tenant attraction and future resale value, right? Also, koi batao Aradhaya Dwarka City mein security systems kaise hain? Sirf gate pe guard ya proper CCTV coverage bhi hai, and visitor management? Maintenance costs pe kitna impact aata hai agar parking ya security issues hon toh? Not sure if these things actually justify the premium or affect long-term ROI. Hope someone has insights.

Bhai, your concerns about parking and security are SO valid. I'm also a first-time buyer and these small things become huge headaches later. Especially in Ghaziabad, where infra is still developing, a proper parking system is a must. Don't just trust the brochure, try to talk to existing residents if possible. My friend almost got stuck in a society with terrible parking management.
