Spent the whole Sunday checking out plot options in Raj Nagar Extension. I'm in a 2BHK, thinking upgrade. Log bolte hain plots ka appreciation high hota hai, but Ghaziabad mein illegal construction, water issues ka kya? Is that premium worth it over a good builder flat?

Totally agree with your dilemma! Raj Nagar Extension plots are tricky. My friend got duped near Ahinsa Khand II, builder promised water connection but it's all tanker-based. Is this common
