Ghaziabad premium projects: Amenities are mostly eyewash
₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Crossings Republik, and still the amenities are mostly eyewash. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, budget around ₹1.2 Cr. Already have a home loan, so this move needs to be solid. Honestly, after checking out projects by Gaurs and even ATS in Raj Nagar Extension, I feel like the premium we pay for 'luxury' is just for a fancy brochure. Okay, I'll say what no one says: Gaurs ki projects mein finishing issues bahut common hain, aur ATS ke amenities bhi sirf club house tak hi seemit hain. Matlab, promised swimming pools or sports facilities often look sad after a year. Is the price jump for a 3BHK worth it, when the 'extra' you get is just marketing hype? Everyone glorifies these builders, but nobody talks about the actual quality post-possession, ya hidden charges jo end mein aate hain. Change my mind. What's your real experience with amenities and construction quality in Ghaziabad?

Totally agree with you, bhai! I'm also looking for a 3BHK around ₹1.1-1.2 Cr in Ghaziabad, mainly around Indirapuram or Vaishali, and the struggle is real. Har jagah bas fancy renders dikhate hain, but site visit pe jao toh reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. My cousin booked in Ahinsa Khand 1 two years back, and still waiting for proper society management and functional amenities. Builder ne toh bas handover kar diya, ab residents struggle kar rahe hain.
