Ghaziabad project amenities: Investor value or just show-off?
Amenities in Ghaziabad projects are mostly for show-off, not actual use, change my mind. Builders promise big clubhouses and gyms, but possession pe sab adhoora hota hai. Ya phir maintenance charges itne high hote hain ki kaun hi use karega? Like Sare Saamag EWS and LIG type projects, they promise basic stuff, but sach mein kitna milta hai? As an investor, I'm thinking, does this even help with resale or attract good tenants? Ya sirf EMI badhata hai? Disagree? Tell me why.

Builder ne bola 6 mahine mein ho jayega, 2 saal ho gaye, abhi bhi wahi haal hai. Maintenance charge poora le rahe hain par service zero. Investor ke liye toh yeh seedha loss hai, kaun pay karega premium for non-existent things?

U6, Sare Saamag EWS jaisi projects mein, jahan target audience LIG/EWS hai, they promise only basic stuff. Par wahan bhi pura nahi milta. So high-end projects ka kya hi kehna. Ek investor ke liye, amenities ka dikhawa sirf EMI badhata hai, asli value nahi.

Current market conditions mein Ghaziabad mein buyers bahut choosy ho gaye hain. Ab log sirf location aur price nahi, amenities aur maintenance bhi dekhte hain. Achchheja mein kuch projects ne thoda better kiya hai, but still not perfect.
Totally agree with the original post! Ghaziabad mein builders sirf brochure mein dikhate hain swimming pool, gym, club house. Actual site pe jaao toh bas structure khada hota hai. Sare Saamag EWS mein bhi suna hai, RERA date tak kuch amenities complete nahi the. Yeh sab sirf price inflate karne ka tareeka hai.
