Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which project. I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different, makes you paranoid about what builders don't tell you. Looking at Panchsheel Primrose in Ghaziabad. Off the record, how's the actual day-to-day living? Specifically, are the elevators reliable? I've seen so many projects where they break down constantly. And what about the kids' play area? Is it actually safe and usable, or just a token thing? Maintenance response time for these things matters big time.

Mera ek relative Achchheja mein rehta hai, wahan bhi builder ne initial 2 saal tak theek maintain kiya, phir society ko hand over karte hi sab slow ho gaya. Panchsheel Primrose mein bhi same story hai. Agar kuch bigda, toh you'll be running behind the facility management. Yeh ₹39 L – ₹94 L ki range mein aise issues expect nahi karne chahiye.
