Ghaziabad project quality is a huge gamble.
I'm looking at investing in a property, maybe in Pavitra Wave City or nearby, but construction quality ka bahut tension hai. My parents keep saying these new flats mein ek saal baad hi cracks aur seepage aa jaate hain. Plus, promised amenities aur jo actual milta hai, usme kitna farak hota hai? Koi batao, after a few years, is it really good for ROI or just adds maintenance headaches? Aur maintenance charges, are they worth the service quality ya bas paisa waste hota hai? Tenant ko attract karne ke liye ye fancy amenities kitni matter karti hain? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
