Ghaziabad projects: brochure green space vs actual cramped feel?

Visited Jain Homes 1 yesterday. Brochure showed huge green areas, but on site, it felt super cramped. Is this normal for Ghaziabad projects? My parents say open space matters. Confused.

Totally relate! I had a similar shock when I visited a project in Ahinsa Khand 1. Brochure mein toh paradise lag raha tha, but it was barely a patch of grass next to the main gate. Builders just show fancy renders to attract first-time buyers like us. This 'green space' scam
