Okay I'll be honest — I'm really concerned about property quality in Ghaziabad, especially investing from Dubai. Builder construction quality and promised amenities ka kya scene hai? I hear stories about cracks and seepage just a year after possession. Does this seriously hit resale value ya tenant attraction? Also, the fancy clubhouse facilities, are they actually used, or just show-off? Kailash Avenue jaise projects mein bhi yeh issues hain kya? Can't do a site inspection myself, so need ground reality. What should I look for via a property manager to avoid future maintenance headaches?
