Ghaziabad mein RK Krishna Enclave Phase 4 ya MR Delhi 99, kiski total cost of ownership kam padti hai? Mera budget ₹80L tak hai, so dono options mein hain. Price ke alawa stamp duty, maintenance wagera ka kya scene hai? Aur 5 saal baad kis mein better appreciation mil sakta hai? Family ke liye dekh raha hoon, toh resale value bhi important hai. Any actual experiences?

Ghaziabad mein 80L budget mein options toh bahut hain, par RK Krishna Enclave Phase 4 ka naam sunke thoda doubt aata hai. Completed toh hai, par RERA not applicable? Iska kya matlab hai? Long-term appreciation ke liye safety chahiye bhai.
Totally agree with U1. RERA ka na hona ek red flag lagta hai, especially for first-time buyers like us. Future mein koi issue na ho jaye.
