Ghaziabad property: 2BHK vs 3BHK for future value?
Did a site visit to Pragati Group's project in Swarna Jayanti Puram last Saturday. I'm looking for my first property in Ghaziabad, budget around ₹80L-₹1Cr. Confused between a 2BHK and a 3BHK. Parents say 3BHK is better for future-proofing, but 2BHKs often have lower EMIs and good rental potential near the Metro Red Line extension. What are people's thoughts on rental yields for 2BHK vs 3BHK in areas like Siddhartha Vihar? Also, thinking about the market. With the Delhi-Meerut Expressway already active, do you think Ghaziabad still has significant appreciation potential for the next 5-7 years, say till 2028-2030? Ya fir, iska peak already ho chuka hai? I'm not sure if prices will keep rising at the same pace or if it's better to wait a bit. Any insights on the resale market currently? Would appreciate any advice on which configuration is smarter for long-term gains.
