Ghaziabad property appreciation is still very real

Property prices in Siddhartha Vihar have gone up almost 15% in the last 18 months. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Looking at a 3BHK, budget ₹90L, maybe Raj Nagar Extension or Indirapuram. Is Ghaziabad still a good bet for appreciation, ya market peak ho gaya hai? My concern is the current high EMIs versus renting. Should I jump in now, or wait for a dip? Kya lagta hai, future growth kitni aur milegi?
