Ghaziabad property: Are these 'hidden' costs deliberate?
My 2BHK in Indirapuram feels cramped now and I'm seriously looking at a 3BHK or villa, maybe in Raj Nagar Extension or Crossings Republik. Everyone talks about getting in on pre-launch for a "discount," but honestly, I think it's a total trap. You commit early, then get hit with all these surprise charges later. The real killer is those "hidden" costs at possession. I'm talking about PLC, maintenance deposits, utility connection fees, OC charges... they add up to lakhs! I'm trying to figure out the *actual* all-in cost for a 3BHK around ₹90L, say with Gaurs or ATS. Builders quote one price, but the final bill is always way higher. Is it just me, or do these developers intentionally hide half the cost until you're locked in? What's everyone's experience with these hidden charges in Ghaziabad projects? Change my mind.
