Hidden costs in Ghaziabad property buying are just infuriating. Upgrading from my 2BHK, Panchsheel Prime 390 Phase 2's ₹1.25 Cr price feels misleading. What was your *actual* total cost (PLC/OC included)? Jai Ambey Jagdish Puram is upcoming, but I fear similar surprises. Anyone dealt with these builders?
