Ghaziabad property deals: What's your best strategy?
Since last Diwali, I've been seriously checking out properties in Ghaziabad. Shalimar Garden Extension I mein Divyansh And Uppal Llp ka ek project dekha hai, 3BHK ₹90L quote kar rahe. Honestly, not sure if that's even negotiable. Matlab, Ghaziabad mein kitna discount expect kar sakte hain, realistically? Builder bolta hai no price drop, but I'm thinking kuch toh banega, maybe 2-3%? My budget is around ₹1 Cr, so ROI maximisation dekh raha hoon. Construction-linked plan mein jaana better hai ya full down payment for better leverage? Parents bolte hain cash deal mein zyada bargaining hoti hai. Yeh floor-rise premium aur PLC worth it hote hain investment ke liye? Koi negotiation tricks hain kya Ghaziabad market ke liye? Confused hoon, any advice helps.
