Ghaziabad property: Does maintenance justify tenant premium?

₹6500 monthly maintenance for Mass Build Well Livin' Life seems high. As an investor, I'm wondering if this covers actual service quality ya just for show. Is the clubhouse really used or will it be a ghost facility? Does good maintenance really attract better tenants and improve resale value in Ghaziabad?
