Yaar Uninav Utopia ka toh naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. 2027 ka possession, woh bhi ongoing project. Aajkal builders itna delay karte hain, kya bharosa? Mera friend ka project bhi late hua hai Raj Nagar Extension mein.
Haan but Uninav ki location better hai from connectivity point of view, especially if you commute towards Delhi. Thoda risk toh lena padta hai investment mein.
Sahi kaha U2. Uninav Utopia ka RERA UPRERAPRJ869140 toh hai, par possession date 2027-04-01 hai. Aajkal RERA bhi delays ko rok nahi pa raha. Pata chala 2 saal aur extend ho gaya, fir kya karoge? First-time buyer ke liye yeh tension bahut zyada hai.
