My kids' school admissions are next year, so we need a bigger 3BHK ASAP. I'm seeing prices in Raj Nagar Extension and Siddhartha Vihar quite high, like 70-80L for a decent 3BHK. My observation is ki most of the current infra (Metro, Expressway) ka appreciation already priced-in ho gaya hai. So, for 2026, what's the next big driver for price movement? Kya lagta hai, is this current rise sustainable, or will there be a correction soon? Any areas still undervalued, maybe near Morta Village? Seeking opinions.
