Totally agree with you! Hum bhi Raj Nagar Extension mein hi dekh rahe the, par 2BHK ke rates bhi ab 50L+ ho gaye hain. Ab toh lagta hai Noida ya Greater Noida hi better option hai. Yeh luxury living sirf investors ke liye hai, hum jaise middle class ke liye nahi.
