Honestly, I'm a bit confused about the market right now. Currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a small villa. Prices have shot up, especially near Delhi-Meerut Expressway. Gaurs ya ATS ke projects mein, is it still a good time to buy a 3BHK in Raj Nagar Extension or Siddhartha Vihar for around ₹90L? Already have a home loan. Kya is price jump ke baad bhi future appreciation milegi, ya market peak ho gaya hai? What's the general sentiment?
