Should I buy a 2BHK in Raj Nagar Extension or just keep renting in Dubai? I'm based here, can't do site inspections easily, so legal clarity and a good property manager are big concerns. For a 2BHK around ₹60-70L, what's the actual rental yield in Ghaziabad these days? Don't want to block funds if rental income barely covers EMI. Plus, managing tenants from abroad sounds like a headache. Has anyone else gone through this, specially with Gaurs or ATS projects? Is it even worth the hassle for end-use, ya investment?

NRI bhai, same boat here! Raj Nagar Extension mein rental yield utna nahi hai jitna log bolte hain. Plus, remote management is a nightmare. Mera ek friend Gaurs mein phasa hua hai.

Exactly! Gaurs ka record toh waise bhi mixed hai. My uncle had issues with their maintenance in their project near Crossings Republik.
