Ghaziabad property prices are getting crazy, feels unsustainable honestly.
I'm looking at a 2BHK in Crossings Republik, maybe even Raj Nagar Extension, for around 70-80L. My parents keep saying prices have shot up too fast in the last year, especially with the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. But kya yeh rise sustainable hai 2026 tak? Not sure if it's the right time to jump in ya wait karna chahiye. Mahagunpuram mein bhi rates badh gaye hain, I saw a flat there and it was like 65L for a 2BHK. Matlab, will these areas keep appreciating at this pace? Or will there be a correction soon? Meri savings lag rahi hain, so thoda darr lag raha hai. Kya lagta hai aapko, what's the next 2-3 years looking like for Ghaziabad real estate? Has anyone invested recently and what's your take on the current market? Should I consider ready-to-move options only, ya under-construction mein bhi potential hai?
