Is Raj Nagar Extension really the best option for someone downsizing? Kids have moved out, so selling our big place in Nehru Nagar II. Looking for a 2BHK, maybe 3BHK max, in a good society with solid maintenance, close to hospitals. Saw some projects by Gaurs and ATS, but prices around ₹80L-₹1Cr in Indirapuram feel steep. Should I wait, or is this the new normal?

Haan bhai, Indirapuram toh fire hai. Raj Nagar Ext. bhi ab itna sasta nahi raha. I was looking near Ahinsa Khand 1, same story. ₹80L-1Cr for 2/3BHK is standard now. It's crazy how quickly prices have gone up.
Totally agree, sir. Hum bhi Indirapuram mein dekh rahe the, budget out ho gaya. Ab toh Ghaziabad bhi expensive ho gaya hai.
