Visited a few projects in Raj Nagar Extension last week. Prices have really shot up, especially near the Expressway. I'm in real estate, but even I'm wondering, Ghaziabad mein yeh current price rise sustainable hai kya for 2026? Ya correction aayega? What's your take on areas like Indirapuram and Kavi Nagar for future growth?

Ghaziabad ka growth potential toh hai, especially with the upcoming industrial corridors and better connectivity to Delhi-NCR. Indirapuram aur Kavi Nagar toh established areas hain, wahan prices stability ke saath appreciate honge. Raj Nagar Extension mein speculative buying zyada ho rahi hai, wahan thoda risk hai. 2026 tak ek minor correction expected hai, but a major crash seems unlikely given the demand from first-time buyers and investors looking for affordable options compared to Noida/Gurgaon.
Raj Nagar Extension mein ek project dekha tha, 'Green Meadows' naam se. Location toh achhi hai, but builder ka track record kuch khaas nahi laga. Aur kya yeh builder RERA registered hai? Documentation mein bahut confusion hai.
RERA registration toh sabka hota hai, U4. Par delivery ka kya? Mera ek friend Kavi Nagar mein stuck hai 2 saal se, possession date extend hoti ja rahi hai. Builder pe blind trust mat karna. Hidden charges bhi bahut hote hain.
U4, Green Meadows ka RERA number check karna padega. Generally, Ghaziabad mein new projects RERA compliant hote hain. Par haan, builders ki reputation dekhna bahut zaroori hai. Government ka push bhi hai infrastructure pe, so prices kaafi had tak justified hain, but due diligence is a must.
Pichhle saal Ahinsa Khand mein ek flat dekh raha tha, 60 lakhs ka mil raha tha. Socha ruk jaata hoon thoda, ab wohi 80 lakh bol rahe hain. Meri toh phat gayi. Kya yeh sahi decision tha ya abhi bhi wait karna chahiye? Lagta hai mauka chhoot gaya.
