Long-term
Totally agree with the price concern. I booked a small plot in Ahinsa Khand 1 almost two years ago, thinking it was a good long-term bet because of the proposed metro extension. Back then, it was manageable, around 20k/sq yard. Now, similar plots are going for upwards of 28k-30k/sq yard, even before the full infrastructure is in place. The appreciation is real, but it also makes me wonder if I should've waited or if I got in at the right time. My friends who bought apartments in the same area are also seeing good paper appreciation.
Possession is the biggest headache! Meri booking ka bhi 6 months delay ho gaya hai, aur abhi tak koi clear date nahi hai. Builders sirf promises karte hain, real delivery mein hamesha late hote hain. Infrastructure toh ban jayega, but ghar kab milega, woh asli sawaal hai.
Bhai, possession mila kya aapko Ahinsa Khand 1 mein? Builder ne time pe diya ya delay ho raha hai?
Affordable options? I'm not so sure. Har jagah prices skyrocket ho rahe hain. I've been looking around Sector 3 Rajendra Nagar, and even there, builder floors are touching almost 40-45 lakhs for a decent 2BHK. Is that really 'affordable' for everyone? What are others seeing?
Yaar, yeh infrastructure development ki news toh bahut exciting lag rahi hai! Metro aur RRTS se connectivity definitely badhegi. But as a first-time buyer, I'm still super nervous about the actual price points. Rajendra Nagar aur Chhapraula mein affordable options hain, but kitna affordable? Budget tight hai, bhai.
