Ghaziabad property: Should I upgrade my 2BHK now?

I'll be honest, I'm a bit confused about Ghaziabad's property market right now. Currently in a 2BHK in Ramprastha Greens, I'm thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Prices seem high, especially near the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. Is it still a good investment for 2026-27, ya peak ho gaya hai? What do you guys think?
