Ghaziabad mein Sri Sri Homz aur Jai Ambey Jagdish Puram. Sri Sri Homz ka carpet area efficiency for the price doesn't add up. Jai Ambey upcoming hai, will usable space be better? Super area is a builder trick. Change my mind.

Yaar, Ghaziabad market mein abhi bhi prices inflated lag rahe hain, especially for these independent floors. The demand isn't as crazy as NCR, but builders are still quoting high. With interest rates going up, it's becoming even tougher for first-time buyers like us. Sri Sri Homz at 1.7-2.9 Cr for just 6 units feels very niche and overpriced for the carpet area they offer. It's a huge risk.
Jai Ambey ka toh abhi plan hi dekha hai. They claim better efficiency but on paper, it's always good. Sri Sri Homz ka possession toh mil gaya hai (March 2024), but people are complaining about finishing. Kisi ne actual possession liya hai kya from Sri Sri Homz? What's the real carpet area there?

Meri ek relative ne March 2024 mein possession liya Sri Sri Homz ka. They paid 2.2 Cr for a unit. Carpet area was indeed low, maybe 68% of super area. Finishing was okay, but a few issues like seepage in one bathroom. The biggest shock was the maintenance charges and some hidden costs post-possession. Be careful with these 'completed' projects.
I was looking at Sri Sri Homz too, but the pricing for what you get is just absurd. 1.7 Cr minimum for a 3BHK and then carpet area is so low. Plus, it's already completed. Jai Ambey Jagdish Puram sounds promising, but 'upcoming' means delays, right? Any idea if they'll be better with carpet area transparency? My friend got burned in Ahinsa Khand 1 with a similar promise.
Bhai, totally agree! Super area is a joke. Builders loot us with it, especially in Ghaziabad. Sri Sri Homz ka carpet area efficiency suna hai maine, bahut kam hai for the price they're asking. Pura scam lagta hai.

Exactly! I heard for Sri Sri Homz, the usable space is barely 60-65% of the super area. That's criminal for ₹1.7 Cr+ price range. Kya matlab hai itne bade super area ka agar andar jagah hi nahi milti?
