Construction quality in Ghaziabad is a huge gamble, it's making me so nervous. I'm considering Shriram North View Apartment for my first investment property. My parents keep saying builder ka reputation aur construction quality sabse important hai. But I hear so many horror stories about promised amenities not being delivered – like the fancy clubhouse ending up just an empty hall, ya gym equipment low-grade. Logon ke flats mein cracks, seepage, fittings ke issues ek saal mein hi aa jaate hain. Matlab, itna invest karne ke baad bhi agar aisi problems aayengi toh long-term ROI ka kya hoga?
