Ghaziabad property: The real cost beyond the brochure
Okay I'll be honest — I'm so fed up of renting yaar. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, it's just not sustainable anymore. Finally taking the plunge, looking at Ghaziabad, especially Bluezone Akash Nagar. Brochure pe price per sqft toh theek lagta hai, but I'm really worried about the actual final cost. Is it true ki advertised rate se bahut upar jaata hai with all the hidden charges? Matlab, total cost of ownership mein kya kya aata hai exactly? Stamp duty, registration, PLC, interiors, maintenance deposits... kitna extra expect karoon? Meri EMI vs rent math bigad na jaaye bas. Also, is Ghaziabad, aur specifically Bluezone Akash Nagar, a good bet for 5-year appreciation? Koi bata sakta hai kya is project ka real scene?
