Ghaziabad property: The real cost beyond the brochure
Visited both Mehak Eco City and Uninav Utopia last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Ghaziabad, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Already have a home loan. Honestly, the total cost of ownership seems way higher than advertised. Builders quote a base price, but then PLC, IFMS, parking charges – sab add hokar total kitna upar jaata hai? It's frustrating. Uninav Utopia ka brochure mein clubhouse aur pool dikhaya hai, but site pe itna convincing nahi laga. Mehak Eco City mein toh basic amenities hi dikhi. Yeh hidden charges aur amenities ka reality check kaise karein? Does the final cost always go this high? Are these amenities worth the extra maintenance?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I visited a couple of projects in Ahinsa Khand 2 last month and the experience was similar. Brochure mein sab gold-plated lagta hai, site pe jaao toh lagta hai yeh toh basic bhi nahi hai. Aur yeh hidden charges toh dimaag kharab kar dete hain. Base price sunke khush ho jaao, phir pata chale parking ka 2 lakh alag se.
Haan bhai, same experience. It's a trap!
