Ghaziabad property: Why I distrust brokers on discounts.

Okay I'll say what no one says about Ghaziabad property. Sab bolte hain broker se deal karo, but I genuinely feel direct builder se zyada spot discount milta hai. Especially for projects like Vertex Retail in Mahagunpuram. Brokers just add their cut and call it 'negotiation'. Is it just me, yaar? Change my mind.
