Okay I'll be honest — I thought I had my budget sorted, but Ghaziabad property buying has so many hidden costs. We're looking for a 3BHK around Vijay Nagar, maybe RHomes Miraabliss LLP. My wife wants good schools nearby for the kids, so location is key. The base price for a 3BHK is like ₹80L, but then broker ne bataya ki stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC sab add hoga. Is negotiation possible on these? Builders bolte hain spot discount hai, but kitna realistically kam kar sakte hain? Also, possession ke time aur kya extra charges aate hain? I really don't want any surprises. Kitna total upar se pakad ke chalun over the base price? Any tips on negotiating the 'all-in' cost? Hope someone has some experience with this.

Bhai, you're not alone! I thought ₹80L was a decent budget for a 3BHK in Ghaziabad, but the 'all-in' cost is a completely different ball game. Builder ne parking, club membership, maintenance advance, IFMS sab jod diya. Mera budget toh hil gaya pura, it feels like a never-ending list of extra charges.
Yeah, for me it was the power backup and IFMS charges. They add up fast. Vijay Nagar mein
Sahi kaha yaar, same experience. Builder-buyer agreement ke baad aur charges nikalte hain. Itna tension!
