What are the real hidden costs beyond the quoted price for a 2BHK in Ghaziabad? I'm based in Dubai, looking at an investment flat, maybe in Vaishali or Indirapuram. River Builders ka Afzalpur project bhi dekha hai. Builder quotes seem decent, but I can't do site visits easily. Worried about last-minute surprises. Kya kisi ko idea hai PLC, IFMS, utility connection charges kitne extra lag jaate hain? Also, construction-linked plan mein koi hidden traps toh nahi hote? For a ₹70-80L flat, total cost of acquisition kitna upar ja sakta hai?
