₹1.1 crore for a 3BHK in Kamla Nehru Nagar seems okay, but the final cost is scaring me. Builder quote mein toh bas basic price dikhate hain. Ishaan Group ke projects mein kya extra charges lagte hain? Stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC sab milake kitna upar chala jaata hai? Construction-linked payment plan better hai ya upfront down payment? My parents say always go for CLPP, but I'm not sure. Any advice on true all-in costs?

Totally feel you on this! My friend bought a 2BHK in Ahinsa Khand 1 last year, basic price was good but final bill dekha toh hosh udd gaye. Builders play this game where they show one price and then add so many 'mandatory' charges. Ishaan Group ka toh pata nahi, but most builders in Ghaziabad are the same.
