My Vaishali 2BHK rent is ₹25k. Saw a ₹65L 2BHK in Siddhartha Vihar; EMI is ₹50k+. Yaar, I work in real estate, but this gap is huge. Does buying make sense in Ghaziabad now? Or should I just keep renting?
