Is Land Craft Golf Link Phase 2's high price tag really worth it for investment returns, ya phir Panchsheel Primrose mein zyada sense banega? I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site visits myself, rely on community feedback. My main concern is rental potential and total cost of ownership. Land Craft looks premium, but will it actually attract high-paying tenants consistently? Aur Panchsheel ka lower entry point kitna reliable hai for rentals?
