Rent prices in areas like Vasundhara seem to have shot up like crazy in the last two years. Kya scene hai? Is this 30-40% increase justified, or will it cool down soon? For a young professional, which areas offer the best balance of price and convenience? Like, is it worth paying more in Vasundhara for connectivity or should I look at something slightly further for better value? Also, can you even find decent places without a broker these days? Yaar, lagta hai sab gatekeep kar rahe hain, especially for good 2BHKs. Any tips on finding direct landlords to avoid those hefty broker charges?
