Ghaziabad RERA aur OC delays, what's your experience?

Honestly, RERA compliance check kitna important hai, I wish I knew more pehle. My OC for Sampatti Ashiyan by Aradhaya Associates was so delayed, yaar. Almost couldn't get my home loan. Log kehte hain RERA helps, but process slow laga. How do you guys *really* verify a builder's RERA status, not just website pe? Aur kya real options hain agar OC late ho jaye? Just got possession last month, thoda stressed out tha.
