Ghaziabad RERA: does it actually help NRIs?

Spent the whole Sunday checking Ghaziabad projects online from Dubai. Everyone talks about RERA protecting buyers, but is it really? I'm looking at Amaatra Group's offerings, and honestly, I'm worried about title clarity. Do RERA complaints actually get resolved, or is it just another paper tiger, especially for NRIs who can't be there? Change my mind.
