Ghaziabad RERA: Investor protection is a myth.

Raj Nagar Extension projects are a RERA nightmare waiting to happen. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK in Indirapuram, looking at 3BHKs around ₹1.1 Cr. Honestly, RERA is mostly eyewash for investors here. Everyone glorifies the protection, but when builders like VVIP Group delay or hide red clauses in the builder-buyer agreement, the complaint process is just exhausting. Has anyone actually gotten quick resolution on title clarity issues without a huge fight? Change my mind.
