How do you *really* check RERA registration for Ghaziabad projects like Jain Homes 02? I'm looking at a 2BHK in Vasundhara, budget ₹65L. The RERA site is confusing. What red flags should I look for beyond the number? Also, what are the absolute must-do title verification steps before I commit? My parents keep saying this is crucial.
