Ghaziabad mein builders ka 'no negotiation' policy sab bakwaas hai. Block E, Sector 18 mein SG Estates ke resale deals kitne negotiable hote hain? ₹70L ke 2BHK par 5-7% off mil sakta hai kya? Change my mind.

Bhai, SG Estates aur negotiation? Yeh toh alag hi duniya hai. ₹70L ke 2BHK par 5-7% off milna bahut mushkil hai, almost impossible for a direct builder deal. Resale mein bhi seller ka mood aur urgency dekho tabhi kuch ho sakta hai. My friend tried for a flat in Abhay Khand, SG project, didn't get a single rupee off.
