Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. I work in real estate, so I know the market. But Sector 6 ke resale prices just don't make sense to me. Everyone talks about appreciation, but I'm seeing old flats asking for new project rates. Investment potential in 3-5 years seems overblown, especially with so much new inventory coming. Kya lagta hai, is there any real negotiation room, ya builders aur sellers, dono ne milke bubble bana diya hai? Change my mind.

Bhai, you've hit the nail on the head! Exactly my experience in Indirapuram too. Resale prices are insane, no logic at all.
