₹1.5 crore for our old 4BHK but finding a sensible 2BHK in Ghaziabad is tougher than I thought. Kids have moved out, so we're looking for a compact, ready-to-move flat. Vasundhara and Indirapuram dekh rahe hain. Not sure if current resale prices for societies like Shipra or Mahagun are justified. Builders abhi bhi construction-linked plans push kar rahe hain. Maintenance aur society quality ka kya scene hai? Anyone recently bought a 2BHK in these areas?

Totally relate! Hum bhi 2BHK dekh rahe hain Indirapuram mein, but prices are insane. Shipra Suncity mein to 90L-1Cr bol rahe hain for a small 2BHK. Yeh toh bahut zyada hai, considering it's an older society. Humara budget tight hai, so it's a huge stress.
Sahi kaha, bhai. Location ka paisa hai. Maintenance bhi high hai wahan. Har cheez ka alag charge laga dete hain.
