Does secondary market negotiation in Ghaziabad actually work better than new projects? Just moved into my 2BHK in Sector 6, Sarvodya Group, last month. Thought resale mein zyada bargain milega, but it was tough. Builder se direct deal se barely any difference. Plus, society transfer charges and previous owner's maintenance dues were a surprise. What's your experience, is it worth it?
