Since last Diwali, I've been tracking Ghaziabad. Prices in places like Chhapraula seem high for new projects. I'm wondering about actual price correction zones. Is secondary market mein negotiation better for a good ROI? Pushpanjali Developer ke projects ka kya scene hai resale mein? Any specific areas jahaan underpriced assets mil sakte hain?
