Got possession of my flat in Aradhaya Dwarka City in March, aur abhi settle ho raha hoon. Honestly, jo brochure mein green areas dikhaye the, woh actual mein thode cramped lag rahe hain. Ghaziabad ki dusri societies mein open space ka kya scene hai? Lagta hai bas towers pe focus hai, not enough breathing room. Ek aur cheez hai security systems. CCTV coverage proper hai ya bas entry points pe? Visitor management aur guards ki quality kaisi hai, kitni strictness hai? Plus, power backup sirf common areas ke liye hai ya poore flat mein bhi milta hai? Meri society mein toh common area backup hi hai. Curious to know if this is standard across Ghaziabad ya sirf yahaan ka issue hai. Your first-hand experiences would be super helpful!

Yaar, I totally get what you're saying about the green areas. Main bhi Aradhaya Dwarka City mein visit karne gaya tha last year, and jo brochure mein dikhaya tha, actual mein bahut compact laga. Lagta hai builders bas rendering pe focus karte hain. Ghaziabad mein almost har jagah yahi scene hai kya? Open spaces toh luxury ban gaye hain.
Haan bhai, same experience! Mujhko bhi laga ki photos mein zyada spacious dikh raha tha. Real deal thoda different hai.
