Since January I've been shortlisting 3BHKs in Ghaziabad, upgrading from my Indirapuram 2BHK. My budget's around ₹1.1 Cr. As an investor, I'm hunting for price correction zones, areas jahan real value mile. Madhopura, maybe kuch Chitransh Developers ke projects? Like, where future infra developments aren't fully priced in yet? Also, spot discounts pe builder se deal karne ka best tareeka kya hai? Broker ke through ya direct contact? Kya bolte ho?

Bhai, 1.1 Cr mein Ghaziabad? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha? Madhopura mein toh abhi bhi connectivity issues hain, aur Chitransh Developers ka track record kaisa hai? Sunna hai unke projects mein possession mein kaafi delay hota hai. Value toh tab milegi jab delivery time pe ho. Kya aapne RERA details check kiye hain unke projects ke?
U1, it's not too much for 3BHK in Ghaziabad if you're looking at prime locations or projects with good amenities. Market abhi thoda slow
