Ramprastha Greens — I'm looking at a 3BHK there and honestly, the super area numbers are driving me nuts. Currently in a 2BHK in Vasundhara, eyeing an upgrade, but this super area vs. carpet area difference feels like a total ripoff. Ratandeep Infrastructure's brochure shows one thing, but the actual usable space seems way less. Is this just how builders inflate prices in Ghaziabad now? It makes it impossible to compare apples to apples with projects from ATS or Gulshan Homz. My broker just shrugs, calling it 'standard'. Are we just supposed to accept paying for 30% or more 'super area' that isn't really there? What did you guys do to tackle this? Feel like I'm getting played.
