Visited 3BHK projects in Raj Nagar Extension last weekend. Upgrading from my Vaishali 2BHK, budget ₹90L. Comparing Gaurs and ATS. Heard about Gaurs' hidden charges and ATS's construction quality. What's the real possession experience for these builders? Which one is better for an end-user?
